Am a very dissatisfied,disappointed,frustrated customer ,after i have been trying to lodge a query with them but they still fail to resolve it ,i made a payment of 429 to the wrong account holder and lodged a query with them to correct it and place it to my account from the 3rd of March to date they still failing to resolve it ,i have sent several emails ,called their call center several times everybody promises to resolve the matter but no one fixes it,you call them get cut off they wont bother to even call.you back .i am thinking of canceling my services with this useless service provider.they are quick to cut services but don't want to deal with client issues
