Worst dstv experience ever.. extra charges for unknown ****

My service was cut on the 20th for "reversal" or some **** but funny enough the money wasn't returned to my account as I've set up a debit order for the 27th. Now all if a sudden i have to pay R238 extra. So im wondering if this a **** fir tyem to just debit more that my subscription just because uts automatic?? And the call center agents are rude and useless ...
