Worst DSTV experience

If I could I wouldn't put no star,.

We switch on our DSTV on the 25 of January 2019 on the 7 February 2019 they switch the DSTV off, we phone and was advised that we must pay an extra R200 and something, there was a arrangement made to pay every 25th of each month.... This is bad service and we paid for PVR function that didn't work.....
