Worst, Disorganized, rude staff

When I thought Multichoise couldn't get any worse. For years I left Multichoise and they begged me to come back and reconnect my package, now they telling me that even if I paid my monthly subscription for decorder am using now there is 1 that is still registered on my name, mind u am not on contract but I still have to pay for that decorder I used 5 years ago.. They can't even reconnect me back to the current one even if I paid for it I should pay for the one am not using aswell... Am so angry with Multichoise I regret going back
