Worst customer service

I can't recharge data for my wifi on the app.I contacted customer service via WhatsApp interacted with Lindiwe that was extremely unhelpful telling me that I need to pay but I paid my last instalment and is due to pay again on 28 Mar 2026.She was making up excuses as to why the app is giving me an error.when I told her that,she ended the chat
