Worst Customer Service experience EVER

2 weeks and 5 calls later, my finance query with Multichoice still not resolved, it all started on the 8 of June when I received an SMS with my services being suspended, I then called the contact centre to enquire and I was told of the R884 outstanding amount payable, I then requested for an ADHOC payment to be processed agains my bank account, a week later the payemt had not gone through and the services were suspended again.

I called again on the 13th and spoke to Smangele who promised to process the ADHOC payment the following day, again that did not happen and my account again suspended, I called on Sa****ay the 18th of June and spoke to a Supervisor named Refilwe who could not be of any assistance and kept referring to the systems being off line, I then instrcuted her that I will do an EFT of the amount that has now gone up to R963.03 due to reconnection fees charged whenever the services were suspended due to a bunch of incompetence agents, to which she provided the banjing details and I immediately made the payment and an hour later my services were reconnected.

This morning I woke up to an SMS of a debit of R928 from multichoice with ref#: M-Choice Mcadhoc189, I then called the centre again and got through to Nomfundo, the worst of all 4 I spoke to previously, she sounded very absent and disinterested on the call, kept me holding for 8 minutes when I demanded to speak to a Supervisor, only to come back and tell me that he's not available.

Shocking service for the past 2 weeks, that lead to a whole lot of inconvinience, telephone costs incurred, reconnection fees incurred and finally an unauthorised debit order on the 21st of JUNE to an amount of R928.

Ephraim Swele

Account number: ********** 3

Good day Dinah...
Thank you for your response, however I must bring it to your attention that it took me 5 calls and a Hello Peter review in 2 weeks to get someone's attention relating to this matter and the best you can do is a single attempt to contact me and an unjust reply like this?
Let me make it clear to you, I couldn't care less what kind of processes you have to follow but if I do not have that money in my account by EOB tomorrow 23 JUNE 2016, you will hear from me again and this time it will not be a pleasant interaction.
I have already wasted a lot of time and money on calls, I do not want to call again.
For the inconvinience, I would like the manager of this call centre where the aforementioned agents and Supervisor are based, write me an apology letter on your Company Letter head tabling out the kind of recourse that will be undertaken to ensure that this shocking service should never be experienced by any other consumer.
Kind regards.
Ephraim.
