Worst customer service ever, regret taking out a contract44

Took out a new contract on price lock was under the impression it's new contract ..the agent activated the old contract and now I need to pay R980 to activate services and I did only use their services for 2 days and DStv is demanding me to pay for the service when their staff failed to make me aware of what they actually doing..
