Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!!

This is PATHETIC!!!! On my account was an outstanding balance, i paid that outstanding balance and the next day there was again a balance, i phone in, they can NEVER tell you why!!! And when i keep quention, calls get dropped in my hear(and this happen often) when they cant fix a problem they drop the call. There is never a Team Leader or Manager on duty to assit, they new intakes just DONT KNOW the policies and whenever i call back(after the call was dropped) they just apologetic. Im fed up coz i must call them every month asking why theres a balance when i keep clearing the balance???? Sick and tired of there BAD SERVICE and SARCASTIC AGENTS!!!!
