Worst Customer Service Ever

The worst customer service ever, i took out a contract for 12 months. And they told me that i will get Explora Decoder and a free installation, and pay R499 per month for Compect subscription. My first payment was in January where they deducted R1009, 74 insisted of R499 and again this month they say i owe them R1197. 00 which i won't pay now..They better come take there decoder and refund me back R509, 74 for January.
