Worst customer service ever

Dstv has been the worst ever... I have been trying to get my dstv back on for a week. Each time I call I get different stories, I made the payment I was told to make. I keep calling and each time the agents place me on hold assist me give me incorrect information then when they realise this they cut the call I have been calling all morning once again and each time I get place On hold and bam they cut the call on me. I guys are the utmost worst and u have absult no customer values and morals.. The agents are rude means and they don't care to cut the call as the please. It's damn sad that people pay so much for DSTV and this is the amazing service u bless us with.. Its a shame
