Worst customer service ever

My decoder broke. I am trying to use another decoder. Onscreen error that the decoder is not paired. Please phone customer service for assistance. When phoning them, they cant even help. Now I phone the installer, He uses my phone, to phone the same people, and they pair the decoder with the smartcard, and pay him as well. What a money making ****.
