Worst customer service ever!

It’s been over a week now since I was told my issue of being double billed is being resolved, till this day I haven’t heard anything. From your Twitter team to the HelloPeter team even spent over an hour on phone call trying to get this sorted! Meanwhile my services have been cut off while I made a payment!!!
