Worst Customer service ever!!!

<p>This company is a joke, customer services is non existant. Called to organise for an installation and i was told to sms my address to some cell number, and the installer will call me back, and nothing. <br /> <br />Called back to find out what is happening with booking and i was told the installers will contact me an hour before coming to me. Still nithing. I followed up again and agin and in the end i was told that there is no details about my booking and gave me more cell numbers and landlines to call and in the end i was not helped.<br /> <br />I told them that i was going to report this matter to Multichoice as their service sucks and the response was "ok" and hung up.<br /> <br />Pathetic!!!!</p>
