Worst customer service ever

Most useless company and staff. On Price Lock paying R959 per month and then they decide to collect R1,048 from my bank account. An overcharge if R89. To get a refund have logged as case ref and waited on phone call for over 2 hours and I'm still no closer to getting a refund. The staff are the most unhelpful, no supervisors available and as the supervisor is "busy" I'm told to call back. What, so I can spend another 2 hours trying to resolve. How about you call me back! Such a simple issue but such nightmare to resolve.
