WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst experience ever in you Gugulethu branch in cape town.I have problem with my exploration its faulty i have insurance it needs to be exchanged.I came here yesterday 24/9/2024 to do the exchange i was told system is offline not sure if we were bothering them cause they were busy taking pictures in their traditional clothes.Today 25/09 im here since 9:30 till now 11:41 only to be told again that they cannot do exchange because of system issues.Im furious i told them i did not watch tv the entire long wkend one not to be assisted again today and its not holiday.There's not even a branch manager in this useless branch and in these 2Hrs that ivebeen waiting here the only people that are assisted its only payments any other issue its like were speaking foreign language and the only branch that can assist is n1city.How can the entire store not know how to do exchange from old decoder to new to me this branch is really useless im very angry
