Worst customer service

DSTV is the worst company ever!!! I’ve called, I’ve left messages yet no one gets back to you !! I even visited their shop outlet in Mall of the North Polokwane and after sitting for 90 minutes and not being helped I left. They gladly take your monthly subscription but as a far as customer service goes they fails dismally. I guess the only solution is to cancel my membership. 😡
