Worst Customer Service and Call Centre assistance

I have been trying for 19hours to get my account upgrade to DSTv Premium. I have paid the monies but no upgrade so far.. It is a complete mess trying to get assistance from the Call Centre. They promise what they cant deliver and they are ******** of Customer Service, except for a gentleman called Mandla. So much wanted to watch the Rugby World Cup but DSTv has just ****ed the passion. The Call Centre assistance is a joke, you cant even get upset with them , you will just drag down your intellect.
