Worst customer service

The worst customer service, since the 03rd of June I have been trying to sort out incorrect billing to date the 14 July still not being resolved. Agents have promised to get back to me, query escalated, fast tracked and so forth. Wasted over an hour on the phone query still not resolved. Worst ever non existent customer service ever.
