Worst customer experience I received the employee wanted to attach me!
Today 23/08/2023 I went to DSTV Multichoice in Durban KwaMashu Bridge city. I'm not certain what's the employees name since she wasn't even wearing a name Tag but when I asked her she said she's Mpume.. so I politely asked to check for my balance when she asked for my ID number which I gave and she typed in an incorrect number since she left out 1 zero cause I was watching her type I reconfirmed my ID number and she just said the system is down without even typing it correctly. She than directed Mr to Pep which I was also told the same thing. So I came back to her but this time around went to the other employee since she was assisting another customer. I told her their system is also down and this Mpume from her seat started yelling at me and said well I guess all our systems are down, I politely asked is there an alternative way you can assist me she rep**** 'no go to other branches like town etc.. I asked that question because I know there is an app but since she's a trained employee I expected her to direct me too it since it was also showing me my old number I no more have access to. So I told her than why don't you'll put a sticker on the glass door so we can see the system is not workings that's where she got up as if she was about to attach me and starting yelling at me in front of customers. So I left! I would like for the manager to look at the footage and see how his employee was a hooligan towards me as a customer. I'm really ****ed off.
