WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! WAITING 20 DAYS FOR A REFUND

In short, I have opted to cancel my DSTV subscription which took approximately 10 phone calls to the customer care helpline. On one occassion I was told I could not do so, but the other 9 occassions I was told the process is complete. I finally don't have an active DSTV subscription, however I am due a refund back from DSTV which I have been waiting for since I requested it on the 9th of May.

What really frustrates me is that if I waited this long to pay my account, my DSTV service would have been cut until I made the payment. In addition, this is the case while the NASPERS shares soar and rise.

It is ridiculous, unfair and poor customer service.

DSTV will never receive my hard earned money again. In addition, if this is not rectified within the week, I will have no choice but to go the legal route.

I received an email from head of customer care (Rupert Paulsen) and provided everything he asked of me and yet I am still waiting for my money!!!!!!! This has now taken a full month. I have spoken to yet another service consultant who has followed the same procedure as the previous consultants.
I jut cannot grasp how a company that has such a poor level of service seemingly does so well.
With the offerings of Netflix and Amazon pime to mention a few, as well as sport streaming services, you would imagine that multichoice would treat their customers like Gold and not just a cash ***!!!!

Hi Rupert
It was a Standard Bank account that I had initially which is now closed. When I sent the initial request for a refund I stated that my bank account has changed and provided the correct details. When you initially emailed me, I provided you with the corrected details in the form of a proof of banking (29th May). Subsequently I have phoned a further 2 occassions since then to agents who updated my details and effected a refund. The previous agent told me when I phoned Friday 2nd June, that the money would reflect today and it has not.
I will resend the details to your private email but I would like a response this time in reply to my email as well as confirmation that I will receive my money. If this isn't resolved today by 15:30 I will be going to the radio stations as well as Randburg Magistrates Court to obtain a summons in the SCC.
