WORST customer experience EVER!
Its been 4 days later since my original post on Hellopeter regarding their poor service! I was told someone will call me regarding installation - NO ONE did, I'm still in the dark as for when we can expect installation.
DStv definitely does have the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
My next call will be with Beeld and Ombudsmen, enough is enough!!!
