Worst customer care agent nhlanhla maluleke

Just spent over an hour with your agent ,who was clueless and arrogant and rude . I wanted how can i make payment since it's giving me errors on my app . He keep me on hold saying the team leader is in a meeting when I requested for a callback he refused. I told him I don't mind staying on the line until I get assistance but he randomly transferred my call to someone .mind you am the one paying for the call. Name of agent :nhlanhla maluleke
