Worst company.reaping off people's money

We called 3 weeks ago regarding the other charges that they have bin charging me .even wrote my complain they didn't bother to call me back.my mistake was to upgrade from easy view to PVR from PVR to Explora but now for years iv bin charged for those and I'm only using one which is the Explora monthly we are are paying for those that doesn't even exist.when we called their customer service they promised to cancel them.but they never did.what about my money that iv bin paying for all this year's they enjoying reaping off people money I'm so frustrated with this.
