worst company under the sun

im super ****ed off infact after this month im done with Multichoice after this month ive been singing this song but its really the last straw. so i usually pay via the link they send me via sms and i did the same thing yesterday now they telling me they cant pick up my payment, and the bank told me i cant send proof of payment because i used a 3rd party link to make the payment hpwever i cant send the statement to show that i did pay ofwhich its what i did but Multichoice is telling me they cant use a statement WHAT NONSNESE IS THAT? WHAT KIND OF A COMAPNY CANT VERIFY PAYMENT USING A STATEMENT? further more i have to pay reconnection fee for something thats not even my fault how is it my fault that they cant pick up payment on their system???

kindly refund me my money and cancel my subscription!!!
