Worst company to deal with!!!
Someone reconnected add ons on my account without my approval.. Now the R500 that i made yesterday was deducted for things that i dont even watch.. Please explain how this happened? I clearly chose no on the self service for add ons... Akhona Wayi and her Supervisor Maria dropped a call on me and never bothered to call me back!!! Am not on hold for another 1hour..
I need this fixed NOW!!!!!
