WORST COMPANY IS SA - DSTV!!!!!!

I was a client for 7 years of DSTV. I recently moved and wanted to reactivate my decoder. It was only disconnected for 4 months. I called the so called call centre 3 times in 1 week. NO ONE is able to assist you in a call centre, why do they get salaries? Everytime you get a reference number but when you call back, that reference number means Jack-all to you! By far is DSTV the worst company in SA! You need to pay an arm and a leg for TV, but service, no ways, you wont get that! Pathetic!!!!

After 7 years with the same decoder and same smart card, they can't seem to find anything on my name, but i have paid for 7 years - then it was conveniently there! So what the F???

I'm starting to think that they are, just like everyone else says - ******! When you phone, they decide if they want to help you or not!!!!
