Worst company every...*****s ur money
Bull **** company that misleads and robs people, I signed up to a package and promised an amount but everyone month it's goes up by 100s of rands with out u know and additional services are added on with out ur permission. Then u call to query and they say there's nothing they can do until u pay a larger amount for something u didn't sign up to.. they can't understand that the amount is what u are disputing and then the agent says that they don't have permission must wait 3 days for them to get a sales record n no services connected until it's resolved, spent 1 hour wasting my airtime on a call to this horrible company... .Stay away from DSTV and there services, it's not worth it

02 May 2025, 20:20O yes, the best part I missed the agent said even if u R10 short , they won't reconnect you but then tells me I paid short apparently and that amount carried over, when I told that I paid in full evey month and the dates with proof then she changed her story...what a joke of customer service and understanding. FYI you can only complain mon to fri and any other day they can't do anything
