Worst Company ever!!!

<p>I am with DSTV on their price lock plan which is obviusly debit order, last week on thursday they cut off my service which was a surprice to me because I thought I would never be cut off because of the convenience of debit order. so I called them to find out what is going on the woman on the other side of the line tells that my debit order has not been running for the past 7-8 months and I now owe them R3800, which is very surprising because usually when you dont pay they cut of your service, she further informs me that my debit order is the 1st which was not the agreementand I have been reversing my debit orders which I have not done ever. so for the past 7-8 months I have been watching TV without paying so this means someone from their accounts team is paid for doing nothing. I mean DSTV have so many avenues to let know that they have been trying to get their money unsuccessfully (decoder message, SMS and email) and not even once did they try to do that. now my credit is messed up because of this and they dont even realize what this does to their consumers. the woman I spoke to promised to get their finance department to contact me urgently and I am still waiting and it has been a week. I think because they dont have any direct competition that is why they treat us like ****. Thank you Multichoice for messing up my life, now I lost out on a home of my dreams for my family because of you.</p>
