Worst company ever!!
Rudest and most inefficient company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Staff lack knowledge and correct information. The insurance company they use are even worse!! How can decoder insurance on app say “active” and it is not?!?!?!! And when my waiting period is up for a replacement decoder - only if they have stock!!!
