Worst choice of my life

Worst service from day 1 . I signed up for the DSTV internet and when the package arrived it was not for what I signed up for I had numerous chats and calls to them . I than thought everything was sorted. They than wanted to debit over 700 for a package that was worth 289. I enquired and was told it included starter fee and other fees I was never made aware of. Was told to pay 894 of which I did as I needed the internet. Same date I was debited 598 when I enquire agents tell me multichoice never makes mistakes for no reason . It’s been 2 months but I’ve spoken to them to rectify issues more than 12 times and each tells you a different story . When you request to cancel the service they never cancel
