Worst call experience with multichoice
I have just gotten off the phone on a call to the multichoice call centre that has to have been the worst call I've experienced. I am left with a strong view to say that we're it not for the fact that multichoice has little to no competition I would be closing my account at this very moment. I made the call at 19:35 and it lasted for 25 minutes, including waiting time. My call was taken by a lady named Pearl... I have quoted one of my smart card number to enable you to check for the record of the call.

Pearl must have been having a very bad day, I think, 'cause she was cheeky in her attitude and spoke over me on numerous occasions insisting that I listen to her without affording me the opportunity to explain my situation. At some point she went quiet for a while with no responses. Having started to talk to me again she placed me on hold for a while with no indication as to what she was doing. Even after assisting she was quick to want me off the line. The second part of my query was never fully addressed but by that time I had no energy to engage with someone that was clearly annoyed to have me on the line.
