WORST CALL CENTRE FOLLOW UP

Being struggling for more than 9 months on a simple matter, being unlink my Showmax account from the family package account. They just cant get it right, rather suspend your service every week or at times three days in a row. The poor operators are clueless and when you get one that actually helps, the very next day , you get cut off again. A simple matter in todays ages of technology, should not be such an inconvenience. A note on the account and the reason for the call, noted and a reason logged and escalated, but no not useless Multichoice ……..
