Worst billing in the world!******

Honestly I don’t even know why I try.DStv has given me 3 payment amounts,I paid the one I know is correct now for them to over charge me and tell me I still owe 500 of rands.who on earth pays 2000 for dstv?I need someone to call me today or I’m legit taking this stupid decoder back to their offices
