Worst and *********** service offered.

On the 11th of October 2019 I upgraded my package from access to family package after successfully upgrading I received an sms from dstv saying I must pay R399. 00 then I called their customer service number *** and I spoke to someone who advised me that was a mistake there is no need for me to pay as already paid the next payment it due before the 05 November 2019 of R265 as per our new package. To my surprise yesterday morning I received an sms saying my service is disconnected I need to pay R175. 00 for them to connect me clearly I didn't understand why cause the previous agent said I must not pay then I called the customer service number again I spoke to someone who named kamohelo who said indeed he can see what I was told on the 11but he cannot connect he called his supervisor who told me that I was given the wrong information I needed to pay but she will ask her manager to call me at 20h00 which he never did.she said I have R70. 00 of credit thus why I need to pay the difference even the difference they are asking me to Pay does not come up to R265. 00 package. I called again I spoke to yamkela who hang up on me. I called back again I spoke to Ayanda who claimed his system was off line and again he listened to my story and took my contact details saying he will call me back as soon as possible which he didn't do as well. This morning I called again spoke to Mineahle who claimed that all the people I spoke to yesterday didn't leave any kind of notes on the system and I was given the wrong information, she can only help me if I pay if not she can't be able to assist me then I asked to speak to her manager she since put me on hold until I ran out of minutes. The frustrating part is none of this people are willing to take responsibility for the wrong doing but keep blaming the previous person I spoke to and this is not the first time I have a problem with dstv last year they upgraded me without my knowledge I even had to go to their office in randbug to sort it out....
