Worst After-Sales Service

So, they have a Black Friday deal.... i contact them to apply for it.... my application goes through.... and yet till today, no now knows where's my decoder.

Just today, 07.12.2021 i spent 20 minutes with a consultant who's line was "im double checking" and fast forward 20 minutes later, he give me a tracking number for my order from last year. if this doesnt frustrate a person then i dont know what will.

The after sales service is beyond pathetic. They really need to wake their case up !!!

and yes, im still waiting for my decoder to be located.
