Worst abusive relationship ever!!! ********** service and non existent customer service!

Never in my life have I experienced service like this as I have with dstv for the past two week. It is an overall horrible experience but today took the cake! Nompumelelo Buthelezi and Nokwazi Ntseka literally laughed while I was complaining. Since 28 September I have literally called 13 times. No I am not over exaggerating. 13 calls. Several just dropped. The worst service I have ever experienced. Worst of all is no manager is ever available. I was promised a manager would call me 2 PM and then I again called at 4.30 and was told by 6.30 a manager would call me and still absolutely nothing. Every 3 days my DSTv services are disconnected and yet I paid over R3000 in the last 2 months! Absolutely disgusting customer service!
