Worse Worse service ever - Please close your doors !!!

I have a serious issue with Multichoice that is charging even though my DSTV has been Disconnected since May 2019 i now owe them R5000 + without even having used their services for months. You cannot contact them via phone to sort this out you get an email adress, and when you email your mail comes back to you PLEASE HELP 111
