Worse than worse

The worst service of my life...The call centre gent are useless...all they know is to tell you how to restart your decoder and if that doesnt miraculously solve the problem you re ordered to the walk in centre...the WhatsApp number is usess...it predicts questions and only answers its own questions you cannot clarify...There are no managers at all or they are useless as they never call you back. I have never hated a service so much in my life. I am cancelling this stupid service.
