Worse than poor service. Lack of analytical skills or even compassion. Treating clients like trash.

I spoke to an agent on the phone yesterday who resolved my query and went as far as to listen to previous conversations to understand my frustration. We finalized and I paid the amount which was asked. I thought it was the best service until this morning when I realized my services were disconnected. I called the call Centre and was kept on hold for 45mins. I then left dms on Twitter but the people there are clueless they claim I'm owing and have not even referred back the notes or recording from yesterday. Since this morning I'm not being helped instead I'm being treated as begger not a client.
