Worse service provider ever

I am not going to go the route of saying im a customer for many years as they can pick it up if they need to. This price lock is a F*&^%NG ****. With the recent upgrade to their systems they have debited more than R4000 on what they say is arrears. I have called and was told from multi choice call centre that they would escalate to price lock. I am waiting for more than a moth for price lock to call me back. I have now gone and seeked legal advice regarding this as there is no response from price lock . dont pay they cut you off but they can "take money from your account " and hide behind multi choice to handle our screams and shouting
