Worse service provider

I had been overcharged for my subscriptions in January and when I call on the 31st of January 2026 they said they had logged it in for me to receive my refund and I again I made another follow up first week of February 2026 and another person told me I was going to receive my refund on the 24th of this month but today when again I want to make sure I'm getting my money I'm told the it will take 14-21 working days to get a refund from them and I'm only 8 days in dstv mutlichoice is the worse company ever
