Worse service ever, they push for you to upgrade to explorer instead of actually helping

Worse service ever, I've had an issue regarding the communication between my 2 decoders for the past week and when I finally got help the agent Nosipho Maphanga completely ignored the issue I had for the a whole hour while she's busy telling me about dstv products and benefits of upgrading to explorer and insurance, and the add salt to the wound she advised me to call them while I'm literally talking to her. Utter BS
