Worse service ever

I always request for price lock (2years) with Dstv and every 2nd year i have issues with them, this time they have removed my package and disactivated all my channels but the 2 years is not over as yet. been calling them from last night but no one seems to know whats goin on or able to assist. package removed but premium has been paid!
