Worse Service ever, DSTV its a ****!!!!
Worse service ever, My DSTV internet has been off since December 2021, they are failing dismally to resolve the issue. Their call centres staff everytime they keep me on whole for Morethan 60 minutes then either drop the call, promises to callback with feed back which they never do.
I am being ****med by this people as i am paying for services i am not getting.

I called back requesting an update and everytime they what youbto start from rhe beggining waiting over 40 minutes of your time talking to incompeted people who will not resolve your problem. Worse yhey can track or get you back to someone whom you spoke to before.
Still keeping you in a wait for Morethan 1 hour a call and still have your issue unresolved, all claims to callback when they have the resolved the issue but just never do.
