Worse Service Ever - DSTV

It has been 3 weeks after I was promised installation and to date I have not received proper feedback as to where the delay is and every consultant promises they will come back and nothing happens.......PATHETIC SERVICE....the fact that I have to constantly follow up and each response takes more than 3 days, its the WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!
