Worse service ever.

I’m so disappointed with the service I got after years of being a loyal customer, from July 2019 I have been calling Dstv to change my debit order date and all those conversations I have with the consultant I found no joy. This morning I wake up and my channels are off, I just called again now spoke to the most rude consultant who said I must speak alone when I tell her about my frustrations she literally said speak to yourself in her own language and told me that my Dstv is off cause I owe R 68 how is that cause my installment is only due month. I’m so ****ed ryt now cause of the responds I got and she still has the nerve to rate her service. How crazy is that
