worse service ever
worst service ever in my life as a customer .
logged 3 hello peter complaints and none resolved not even a follow up call ,
been calling the call centre , chanting via live chats , escalating via whatsapp chat and nothing is helpful , even worse their agents are so impatient and very selective in listening . i have paid for a service that i never enjoyed the benefits of it since 21 June to date and thats how long i have been calling their call center , live chats and whatsapp more than 5 times daily and duration of about 3 hours per call

Please go through all my reviews so that your feedback can be of quality , accuracy and with a resolution cause i am not expecting to go be told of an installer or two go to a a service center
