Worse service ever

Multi choice has the worst service ever. I phoned in today to have my services activated and i asked their consultant to confirm the full amount i need to pay and asked trice and she said i need to pay R606. 97 and i paid exactl that. When i got my services were still disconnected and i phoned multi choice again and i was shocked and disappointed by the response i got and was told they are unable to reconnect my service as i still owe. Worst experience ever... I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
