Worse service ever

I received bad service from dstv, I took 24 months contract where they gave explorer and the I don't to take insurance since it will covered for that 24 months now the adopter it's faulty and they don't want to replace, I spoke to precious ndwalaza who promise to come to me by Saturday ***0 , even now am still waiting
