Worse service ever... And waist of time
On the 28-05-2020 did a downgrade from compact to DStv family. Wanted to changed the payment methods from. Debit order to paying cash. Due to lockdown and I won't be able to afford. I got disconnected on the 27 of June 2020... It was not an issue coz I new I will pay 279. I called the call center on the 28 may 2020 bcz dstv app said I must pay +R1000 coz I have been upgraded to premium. I have never requested to be upgrade never. I didn't a downgrade and I even confirmed with the lady at the call center on the 28 may 2020 when I call. I called the call center and they said ur has been fixed and I was good to go.... Paid R279 everything was fine. Now on the 12 July 2020 I have been disconnected again... They say I did an upgrade. I have proof. Call center later dropped the phone while we were talking

However I'm still receiving sms to pay dstv. My knowledge I need to pay 279 on the 27 July. This is the sms I got. "DSTV: We've not received your payment and had to stop your viewing. To keep watching, pay R806.31 using ref no. ***6 or click payat.io/dstv/***6" I really think dsvt is taking advantage of the situations. I can I down grade when I can't even afford to pay the current on I have. I need you to listen to the call from 28 may 2020.
